Web version, slicers are disappearing

Hey peeps,

 

in the webversion of a report slicers disappear. These are date slicers. Also the cards representing the relevant dates are empty.

 

Can anyone help?

 

- have already reuploaded dataset

- dataset is successfully connected to GateWay

- desktop version is working without problems

    Hi there

    Make sure that you have not disabled in your view the Filter pane, as shown below.
