Hello!
Is it possible for a Power BI user to initiate a refresh on a report published to app.powerbi.com? To make our Power BI report most effective, the primary user needs to time the refreshes with changes made in the ERP. The web data source is refreshes itself every 5 minutes from the ERP, so if the Power BI report could update itself approxmiate every 5 minutes or ideally if the user can initiate a refresh when they see fit, it would be ideal. Any thoughts or other ideas on how to get a smooth workflow going are greatly appreciated.

If you are using Power BI Pro you only get 8 dataset refreshes a day.
You could create a Power Automate flow which the user could use to then refresh the dataset

Okay, it doesn't seem like there is a way that an end user can trigger the update as one can on the desktop client. I'll check out the Power Automate Flow possibility since 8 refreshes per day isn't enough for this particular report to work well.
