refresh withot getway Web.Contents

Hi 

I need online refresh withot getway querry

Source = Json.Document(Web.Contents("https://api.pipedrive.com/v1/pipelines?api_token=...."))

But PowerBi tell that i need to install getway

Why? Its online data?

Can I run refresh on Web.Contents without getway?

Datasets that use cloud data sources, such as Azure SQL DB, don't require a data gateway if Power BI can establish a direct network connection to the source. 

If Power BI Service couldn't establish a direct network connection to the source, it will remind you to install a gateway to run refresh. 

Here is a post like yours that user needs to configure gateway when they connect to Wikipedia.

I dont want to install getway. This is point of my question.

Why Power BI  cant establish a direct network connection?

So for now answer - "NO, we cant work without getway, even with Web sourсes"?
