redirect to sign up when using http://app.powerbigov.us

We have a client on B2B that uses the app.powerbigov.us portal. I have credentials to sign into that, but even incognito, it keeps going back to a sign up page. I've tried to sign in and it gives me the same page except where sign in is, says "log out". Need to know how to get in there without this issue. I've never had this issue.

Just to update, I believe the client had removed the license. So waiting to see if that fixes it. Thank you for the feedback!

I would just sign in and then it should go away in the future.
