recently viewed reports in App - can I mark them as favorites?

Hello,

My organization uses Apps to share reports.

I'm interested in finding a way to star reports, so I can view them through "Favorites", and not through the different Apps.

I have this problem:

I viewed a report on an App, and I don't have edit permissions for that App Workspace.

When I go to Recent, I cannot see the report I've viewed, I can only see the entire App as recent. Because of that I'm not able to star that report and add it to favorites.

HI @Yael,

You can hover your mouse on app, it will shows detail operations, you can click on star icon to mark it as favorites.

App tab:

Recentl:

After marked it, you can find it at favorites tab.

Thanks @v-shex-msft, but I want to mark specific reports from the App as favorites, and not the entire App. Is it possible?

Hi @Yael,

No, power bi not support this, you can only mark full app.
