Hello.
As I understand since the October release it should be possible to select tables and columns when establishing a connection to an existing dataset in the Power BI service.
I cannot achieve this. Every time when I select a dataset all the tables get loaded in and I don't see the pop-up window (see below).
I have the November version and I have activated the preview for DirectQuery for Power BI datasets and AAS.
Is this something that I'm only facing?

Hi @PowerBIW
"Selecting Tables" like this only applies to the second and subsequent Datasets you connect to.
The first Dataset you connect to will be brought into the Datamodel in its entirety, you won't get to select Tables. However then when you connect to a second Dataset, you will get the option to select Database or specific tables.
Hope this helps
Stuart
Thank you!
