publishing a new report in Teams not possible anymore

Hi, 

after i created a report i publish this in Teams-Application in a channel as a new tab. In the past i pushed the plus button choodes PowerBI --> the productive workspace and then the report. After that i clicked 'save' on the bottom right. Then the report was integrated and everyone could open it in Teams. Since maybe a week or more i want to do the same but if i try it the save-button is still greyed and not clickable. Does anybody knows why this happen and how i can get it work again? Already published reports work correctly as of now.

Hi,
we have the same problems. So far I've only found the solution to open Teams in Firefox browser. It works there.
