We have a couple of reports that have been "published to web" - yes the report needs to be available to citizens; hence publish to web.
The semantic model refreshes successfully but the actual report shows the old data until we open the PBIX in Desktop and republish.
I cannot find any information about why the report doesn't update.
We use a single workspace for publish to web and it is on standard capacity; although we do have the scope to move it to Premium capacity. Publish to web isn't restricted to Premium customers.
Does anyone have any information / knowledge as it is causing issues now and we have other reports we need to publish.
Thanks
One more option to try and then over to Microsoft support 😞

I'm confused... have you set that as a solution?
Please don't I want to see what other community members come back with.
I should have said that I have also checked the data in the semantic model.
The key column that we use in the report anyway and helps us easily visualise is a bog standard PQ DateTime.FixedLocalNow()
Usually the semantic model refresh updates the reports. I would do some invetigating by using the Explore this date (preview) option on Sementic model to verify if the data is actually updating or not first. Can you share your lineage view of the report?
