power bi service refresh not working when connected to sap hana
POWER BI desktop-- SAP HANA, Refresh is working fine in both dev and prod of hana.
Power bi service - SAP Hana refresh is working with DEV but not on prod server of hana.
Note
role of both dev and prod is same.

Verify your credentials once again.
If you are using the hostname in the source, try to use IP address and republish it into Power BI. Then add the source into gateway.

Assuming that you are using a gateway to enable the connection. Then, make sure the gateway is online and the prod source is added to the gateway.

Hi, Yes, we do have a separate gateway and in this gateway we have 2 data source.
one to DEV - which is working fine.
Other to prod - which has same settings as dev but when we pass the credentials and click on apply we get below error.
Note:
we tried the same with other user who has more roles than my id but still the same issue.
ODBC: ERROR [HY000] [SAP AG][LIBODBCHDB DLL][HDBODBC] General error;-10719 Connect failed
