I have enabled 60 days free trial for Pro plan. I see in my workspace that the licence is PRO. However, I am not able to use pro features, such as import excel files, or make connections. Is there an issue with my trial?

Are you sure that the features have been enabled in the admin portal?
Are you able to open a report publish in another workspace than my workspace?
If it is the case, you have a pro licence, and the features are just disabled
