In Power Bi report, I connected to a power automate workflow to let the users trigger the data refresh from within Power BI.
The problem is that sometimes the data refresh completes successfully and sometiems it goes into waiting status and then eventually throws an error
I failed to understand how did I hit the limit. I have a power bi premium per capacity license and I should be able to run the workflow atleast 48 times a day. I only triggered it second time and it threw this error.
What should i do to fix this? below is the run history. yesterday, I thought i am pressing it too quickly but today i hit the next run a few mintues afterwards. The refresh itself takes only a few seconds to complete when it runs successfullly
Hi @syedshah01
It appears to me that you are refreshing the data sets too often and the previous data set refresh has not completed and that is. why they're starting to throttle you because of the refreshes coming through while they are existing refreshes happening. I would suggest first checking to see if the refresh is being run and if so wait until it is completed to then start to next refresh.
