map visual functionality problem

hi community members , i am here to get some sudggesions on problem , 

the thing is i have a report in which i have used map visual for state level information , the map visual is working fine on one power bi tenent ( service - internal portal ) but it is not working on client tenent server ( power bi service ) and the same time map visuals are not working on my desktop but it is working on my tenent ( power bi service work space ) .internal server ( poewer bi service)desktop and client server

Hi @manishsalanke ,

 You need to ask the Power BI admin of the tenant where it doesn't work to enable this feature.
