manage connection and gateways page is showing blank

Hi Everyone,

 

even after downloading the on premises data gateway and ensuring it is active but when going to manage connection and gateways or even when going threw schedule refresh it is showing blank page. the screen shot is below

 

 it is showing manage connection and gateways.

but when clicking on this it is showing blank.

 and when going threw schedule refresh, it is showing name of gateways

but when trying to configure by "add to gateway"

its showing again blank

i have ensured that gateway is active and the service is running and i have also logout and login again to power bi service

  • Are you logged into the Power BI Service with the same user account that is configured for the on-premises data gateway?
  • If yes, try clearing browser cache, also attempt to access the page from a different browser like Chrome or Edge.
