log in as different user from admin account in power bi

Hi All,

I am an admin to the power bi service and assigned the roles to groups.

One particular user is saying that he is not having the access for his reports where everyone else in his group is getting.

Please help me in conforming him that he is getting access with out asking for his credentials.

Did you check if his credentials are added to the group in AD or office 365?

Yes he is there in the group.

Maybe you need to grant him access to the report. or maybe check the spelling of his credentials. Reset his credentials and see how it works for him.

Added his user to a group and given report access to group.

His group members are getting the access and he is saying that he is not getting.

How can we check whether he really not getting the access or saying some storyes.
