is it possible to have the same map size with two visuales?

hello, i want to have the same perspectiv of the two maps, but because that the left side has only two points on it. it zoom in automatic. i want to see all ponts with the same distance

I assumed you use the regular Power BI Map visual, then you can control the Auto zoom with this option in the formatting pane:

I used this option already, but if i change city for example, then it zooms in automatlly again. my mission is it to make it possible for the customer to change the city and see the different points from the same perspectiv on the map
