is it possible to edit the query via the power bi service?

@MP_123 I'm assuming you are speaking of just the normal process flow. You created a dataset via a PBIX, published etc. In that scenario then "No", you would need to alter any of the query changes in the Desktop.

If you were pushing data via an API, then I would imagine you could change things there, but I don't have any direct experiance in that DEV area yet.
