is anyone's custom donut chart visual not working on the service or in embedded?

I have a few visuals that use the custom donut chart 

they all load fine except for 2 of them

they appear blank, if I then slice it using a slicer, it displays something, but if I unslice again, its blank

Firstly, it seems this isn't a custom visual. It could be a build-in visual. 

Secondly, according to your description, maybe something is wrong with the fields of the visual or the data itself. Could you please share the file (PBIX) if possible?
