implement dynamic row level security

hi,

I have  a requirement for dynamc rls security.

In AD, we have a location attribute and based on loation the user should only see data for that particular location. This is simple but other thing is if user is an executive like manager, director and above he should see all locations data. How to put that condition on RLS?

Second thing is, if  user is not associted with any location (location field is blank), he should see report but the report should show 'No Data'.  How to implemnet this/
