how to share My workspace with others in the organizations

Hello All,

I have published few reports under "My workspace" in Power BI service. I need to provide access to the team member to refresh and publish those reports on my workspace when i am on leave. Could you please let me know if its possible to provide access to other person to pubish reports in my workspace. i dont see an Access option under My workspace to provide Admin access to the team member. if i move these reports to a new workspace do i need to re-share the reports with all of them whom i shared these reports earlier? Please help

"My workspace" is considered to be for personal use only.

Create a workspace (Workspaces in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn), publish the pbix file to that workspace.
Create a Power BI App (Publish an app in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn). Share the app with the consumers of the report(s).
Find someone who will refresh the data (monitor the automatic data refresh) if you are on leave. Add this someone to the workspace.

Please be aware that sharing artifacts like reports requires licensing within Power BI.

I do not recommend direct report sharing, this can become a compliance nightmare if you are working for a larger organization. Use Power BI Apps to share content with consumers.
