how to changed the tooltip text for a report in Power BI service ?

Hi All,

May be i am asking a similar question which has been asked earlier but i could not found any thing similar hence writing here.

Can we add custom tooltip value as report description in Power BI service? For example. In below screen shot, i am having a report "SampleReport" while roll over it is showing the report name. I want ot change the report name on tooltip to my custom text lets say "This is a sample report". So for report name it will be "SampleReport" but on tooltip it will show "This is a sample report". Can we achieve this is Power BI. Please advise.

Hi SunilkumarTak,

We can't provide description or ToolTip for Power BI Report(.pbix).

Power BI tooltips and descriptions can be implemented on the visual/page level.

You can post this in Power BI Ideas and vote.
