hello,

I am trying to intigrate sharepoint to power bi service.

and successfully done that part

also created report

1. but cannot create any measure, is there any way i can create measure there also? there is no way i can do modeling also. I guess this plat form is for single sharepoint list data only. please confim.

2. and secondly when a new entry comes into sharepoint list how it would sync or refresh to power bi report?

I have give the reading view as well as edited screeen shot. in editted screen shot i have tried to refresh by click that icon i have marked in screen shot but no luck

The integrate to power bi function on sharepoint list is convenient, but has alot of limitations.

A better option would be (see if this work for your situation), to create a proper pbi report. And it will also solve 2.

hello, thanks for your reply.

I have created using proper pbi desktop and service but this time its a small and for limited data visualization that i wont go for desktop 

so i though wny not from sharepoint direct to pbi service and by creating 2-3 measures. 

but anyways your reply informative that there are limitations.
