I created a file with Desktop and then uploaded pbix file to Power BI and did a refresh. I got:
Oops, something went wrong
An error occurred while processing the data in the dataset
The provider 'Microsoft.PowerBI.OleDb' is not registered. The following system error occurred: Class not registered A connection could not be made to the data source with the Name of 'Query1 8614f6d9-3993-46a5-9337-173b832149ff'.
The query used Web.Contents with the ApiKeyName option. I assumed that after uploading and saying "refresh" that I would be prompted again for the API key, but instead I got that error.
If I click "schedule refresh" I see message
"You cannot schedule refresh for this dataset because it gets data from sources that currently don't support refresh."
I also tried uploading an Excel file where the Power Query was loaded into a model. I get same message when I try to refresh.
