format dax

Hello all.

 I am writing Dax but I cannot seem to figure out how to carriage return in the formula bar.  my code is all one line. is there a way to format with indents and carriage returns?

 mycolumn = CALCULATE(COUNT('table1'[column1]))

I would like to have a clean look like

AcitvePending = CALCULATE(
                                               COUNT('table1'[column1])
                                              )

thanks,

Tom

Hi @twahl,

Actually your DAX formula has the correct indentation. But if you want to give those line breaks use shift + enter.
You can use the https://www.daxformatter.com/ tool to indent your DAX formulas according to a popular standard.

Regards.

Thanks all. Both ideas with the HTML and the shortcut keys are super helpful.
