export to ppt and Printing Issues

Hi,

 

we have developed a report in powerbi desktop.

 

in report page properties: Page size is set to "CUSTOM" and gave width as "960" and height as "480".

 

when we publish the report to app.powerbi.com and export the report to POWERPOINT. report is not alligning properly and print is also not working as expected.

 

please help.

@revansh Printing or exporting is not Power BI's strong suite. I've used a product called Power BI Tiles that does a much better job, check it out.

The report you publish onto Power BI Service will adapt the page size. So the size may not be same as you custom in Power BI Desktop. If you need to fix this size, I suggest you use iFrame to render the report so that you can set the Height and Weight. Or you can try Power BI Tile add on in Excel as @Seth_C_Bauer suggested.
