Do we have Q&A Flag feature in new power BI ?

I Found this in the Q&A Tutorial link on power BI Which has the snapshot of flag feature.

Is there anyway, I can activate this feature  ?

I think that particular screenshot is from a previous version of Q&A.

What are you looking for the flag to do for you?

@GilbertQ is correct. The screenshot is old version Power BI Q&A. There's no flag feature for Q&A.
