Unfortunately code 500 is a very generic error. Can you tell us a bit more about what exactly you were doing?

• Is it a Premium workspace, do you have a Pro license?
• How big is the PBIX?
• Is the dataset set to the large dataset storage format perhaps?

Hi @DimaMD,

If you set the dataset storage to large, you are not able to download the PBIX. You can switch it back to be able to download it again though.
It's mentioned in the considerations and limitations of Large datasets in Power BI Premium.
