error in using Power BI embedded

Hello experts, 

we are using Power BI embedded, some days we get this error:

the pages not respond

waiting for answer from Wabi-west-europe-redirect-analysis-windows-net

for solving  the problem we have to close the chrome and open it and enter the credential .
in your opinion what could be a problem?
