Solved: error data refresh

Hello,

My report published in my workspace is failing when I am not connected to my laptop. The datasource is PostgreSQL trough an ODBC driver.

Hi. If your database is hosted on a local environment, then you need a Gateway installed somewhere that must be turned on during the scheduled refresh.

The best practice would be installing the gateway in a VM with network conectivity to the db and workng 24 hours a day. That way you can schedule refresh any time without using your personal laptop.
