enlighten data story

Hi,

 

When I download my reports in PDF or PPT the same shows error in the enlighten data story visual:

How can be solved ?

Custom Visuals are not currently supported when exported to PDF or PPTX

Hi there

As far as I am aware it will only be the default visuals when you start up Power BI Desktop.
