Hi,
My web app embeds PBI reports. In a production environment, the workspace is set up to Embedded mode with a purchased capacity, everything works fine so far.
I have another test environemnt, hooked to a different workspace that is set to Pro license mode. My app embeds the reports with a trial label, that is fine since it is just a test site. But suddenly, the test environment has issue getting embedded token with returned error "forbidden".
Please help, what should I do to get my test environment to work again?

Hi @StephenL_CA
The trial has expired. you need to purchase capacity for the test environment.

Hi @StephenL_CA ,
As @aj1973 mentioned above, please ensure that the Pro licenses for the users accessing the reports in the test environment are still active and have not expired and verify that the Power BI service account used by your application to generate the embedded token has access to the workspace and the reports within it.
If you are using a service principal for embedding, ensure that it is correctly configured with adequate permissions and that it has not been disabled or had its credentials changed. Confirm that the application has the necessary API permissions to carry out embedding operations.
Best regards.
