I have created new ReportB based on dataset from ReportA.
When I work with ReportB in Desktop all measures from ReportA dataset are visualized.
Then I published ReportB and I opened it from portal I got error : "Couldn't load the data for this visual"
I am admin for workspaces where stores RepoerA and ReportB.
What should I do to resolve the issue and get vizual

I have resolve my problem.
Issue was related to dataset where were enabled "Large dataset storage format".
Once "Large dataset storage format" was disabled all measures were visable.

If you are connecting to an on premise database, you need a Gateway. See https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-gateway-onprem
