deployment Pipeline Wont deploy -Cant start the deployment

I cant Start the deployment. I have just checked and I seem to be the dataflow owner of both datafflows so i dont understand why this isnt working

Any advice on this?

I think I have figured this one out. Im the owner in dev but not in test because someone did the first run. So Ill just take over the dataflows in test and hopefully that should get me past this issue

The remaining issue is that the data sets wont move but thats for another post.
