customize default visual settings

Is there a way to change the default settings in Power BI? For instance, I like having a very light grey border around my visuals, but I have to change the color every time I create a visual from black to the light grey. Is there a way to make it so when I turn the border option on, it automatically appears in light grey instead of the defaulted black? I know this seems like a dumb request but changing the border color for every single visual is soo tedious.

While it doesn't seem to apply to borders, report themes could help with many of your other adjustments:
