custom schedule

i have a requirement where report needs to be sent out

1. 2nd business day after quarter end

2. 4 days before current quarter 

My source is oracle, now , how to schedule in power bi service for above dates ?

Currently, the email Subscription feature can subscribe yourself and others to reports and dashboards frequently in the Power BI service , see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-report-subscribe. While it is not supported to custom schedule as your requirement which is based on quarter above in Power BI, you may post your new idea in Idea Forum , to improve the Power BI.

It is a place for customers to provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.

There is a third-party tool that can schedule and send reports 
https://powerbitiles.com/?app=PBIRobots

Power BI was not designed to share reports/dashboards within the service not, by sending as an email.
