I work in collaboration with my colleague on the report which each version is published into a workspace. So, I have several versions of the report there. Some of them published by me, some by my colleague. The data sources are csv files on one drive, where we both have access to. When I publish the report, I can “refresh now” without the issue. When my colleague to do so, the “refresh now” not working for me. It is throwing the error about that “Scheduled refresh has been disabled” but actually I try to “refresh now” only. There weren’t any changes in the connection between the versions.
Why can’t I refresh the dataset published by my colleague, where I have access to and why the credentials are grey-out?

@Anonymous ,
Yes, the external user(two different domain) can only view the report. The external user doesn't have any right to access the dataset(e.g.: schedule refresh).

Thanks, but accually what you mean by this?
We works shifts on this. When he finishes, I take over this. When I publish, refreshing works for me. When he publishes, it fails for me.
We did not change anything in the connection. It stays the same.
Microsoft Account is used for authorisation. Both for me and him. The difference is that I use my organization account and he uses his organization account (different domains). Is this can be a reason?
