can I query the emails from oracle table to schedule ?

so if i have an oracle table  that stores emails, can I write a query to pull data from this table and send out to recepients ? (Instead of manually typing in users for which this needs to be shared) ?

there is an oracle table which has, lets say 4 entries - all 4 rows are email ids

goal is to subscribe a power bi report by reading data from above table (instead of manual entries of emails)

As mentioned previously this is currently not possible.

You will have to do it manually.
