calculate average wait time

I have 3 columns.
1. A column that has all the states
2. A column that has the wait times of patients who needed to see a doctor.
3. A column that has the Doctors who works in a particular network. N stands for in network and Y stands for out of network which I filtered out.

I’m trying to calculate the average wait time by state who's in network. looking for the correct measure to use. I need to display the average wait time in a line chart.

Okay I will try those. I was under the assumption and average function would be used to calculate avg wait time
