Hi,
I have requirement where I need to generate XML output from paginated report.
I have place tablix on the report and then yes, I can export as xml but this xml doesnt match the tags / schema what I needed.
I can see on this article mentioning xslt but I dont know how or where.
If anyone has any suggestions on this, it will be big help.
Regards,
But I need xml, not html?
Hi @csinusa
You already exported the xml, didn't you?
Sorry I misunderstood the direction, what you actually need to match the tags/schema.

Hi @csinusa
You need this:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/standard/data/xml/xslt-transformations
https://www.w3.org/TR/xslt-10/
If you still have some question, please don't hesitate to let me known.

Hi,
Thanks for your post. Looking at those post doesnt tell or give steps how to use xslt in paginated report.
Hi @csinusa
You can use XSLT to transform XML into HTML.
May be you can do nothing with xslt in paginated report.
If you still have some question, please don't hesitate to let me known.

Are you saying after xml generated from paginated report, then generate html next?
Hi @csinusa
Yeah, the xslt mentioned above is a translator.
If you still have some question, please don't hesitate to let me known.
