World map visualization

Today for no reason, the world map visualization does not show in the service then I check the report in desktop and does not show either.  I proceeded to upgrade desktop to lates (v2.104.702.0) then world map shows correctly; however, when published, the report still does not show world map so now is the service issue.  Any help is greatly appreciated
