Workspace recycle bin

At Fabcon last week, Microsoft announced public preview for a workspace recycle bin to support item recovery for some artifacts.

I have enabled the feature in tenant settings yesterday.  But when I go to a workspace, I do not see anything that would be a recycle bin (I am a workspace admin) The screenshots from the presentation and on the Learn page show how the recycle bin looks once you navigate to it.  But I can't find a screenshot to show where to find the link to get to the recycle bin.  The documents only say to "Select Recycle bin from the workspace navigation."

Has anyone actually found this yet?

MS has at least now published a blog on this that includes a screenshot of where it should be.  Hopefully this means they're rolling it out soon.

Hi @AMD0791

Thanks for the update!

I can now see the Recycle bin option available on my end as well. It looks like the feature has been successfully rolled out.

Appreciate you sharing the blog earlier it helped track this. Please feel free to reach out if anything else comes up.

Hi @AMD0791 ,

Has you refer it should show in the workspace navigation but probably since it's still on preview sometimes things are deployed within a few days/ weeks so the button may not be visible yet my suggestion is to check it during the following days to see if you can see that button.

Altough I have turn that on my workspace when I try it I have a message that the item cannot be recovered, I will keep an eye on it too.

Miguel Félix

Do you have a screenshot that shows the location and appearance of the recycle bin within the workspace?

Is there a step besides enabling it in the tenant settings?

I also don't have the ícon has I refered I see a messages that the item will be permanently deleted when I first delete ot from the workspace but no ícon I Will keep looking for it.

Miguel Félix
