Workspace Sharing

Hi,

I created a workspace for my specific reports. So i want to share it with my users. 

I want to know when I share the workspace with users can they access all my reports or do I need to share the workspace first and again share all the reports with them?

Also, I want to know can I share the report to users without sharing the workspace?

what's your license, what's your capacity?  The answer to your question depends on these details.

Hi,

I have power bi pro license and I share the workspace with my user and he can view all the reports in that workspace.

So, if I do not need to share all the reports in that workspace do I need to share only that report with that user?

Hi @cham ,

Yes, you can only share the specific report to the user? But there are some limitations:

With sharing, whether you share content inside or outside your organization, you need a Power BI Pro license. Your recipients also need Power BI Pro licenses, unless the content is in a Premium capacity.
