We are using Active Directory User Groups to define access to workspaces. When a user is added to a group in AD he/she doesn't necessarily gain access to the appropriate workspace.
Is there a way to update or refresh access to a workspace without removing and reinstating the group?

Removing and reinstating the group doesn't seem like a suitable way to add a new user to the workspace !! Have you tried to wait 5 to 15 mins to get the update/refresh? usually Power Bi service recommends that.

Thank you for your response. Yes. This seems to be an issue even if we wait which is why I'm asking if there is a way to perform a manual refresh.
Are these users using a work email address (@yourcompany.com) to log in? If not, you might need to use directory synchronization:

Thank you for the response. Yes, we are using email addresses, but I will talk to our systems admin regarding directory sync. However, I believe that this is already in place.
