Is it so that a Member in a Power Bi worksapce can add user with lower roles, but not remove them? I guess they could do it 1-2 years back.
It is so I interpret the role descriptions and find it very strange. If they can add they should be able to remove them, at least those, with the lower roles.

Oh! you mean that one. Yes it's kind of weird that they can't remove. It might be for the purpose to keep only admins to prevent people not viewing. I'm not sure if 2 years ago this was different. But for now yes, they can add lower roles but not removing.

Hi. The admin is the only role that can add or remove users. Members can't do that.
