Hi,
I am in a funny situation where a competitor has implemented Power BI for an organization and I have been drafted in to improve the reports.
I wanted to check if I create a new workspace with just myself & the staff members & exclude the admin who created the workspace where their reports they built (the competitor) are located, is there any chance that they can see the reports that I create even if myself or the staff member's do not share or give them access to that new workspace?
I don't think there is but I am not 100% sure and it is extremely important that they cannot access the reports as they will take my ideas and present them to other organizations in the same industry.

Hi @Anonymous ,
@Idrissshatila is right, if a person is not in the workspace, that is to say he is not assigned any role, he can't see what is in the workspace (any reports)
The global administrator can see all the workspaces in the organization, but only the workspaces, the content of which he cannot see
Best Regards,
Xianda Tang

Hello @Anonymous ,
if a user doesn't have access to the workspace , then he can't view the workspace.

& if they are the Global Admin they 100% can view the reports in a workspace even if they are not added in to that workspace?
I have no way of knowing but I believe they are the global admin of the Power BI Environment.
@Anonymous ,
we need to confirm this with microsoft support .
