Why is my second tornado graph displayed in power bi desktop but not in power bi service

hello everyone, if someone can help me, I use two tornado char graphs in a power bi desktop page, but once I publish in the power bi service, it only displays one of the graph.
I specify that before the two graphs were displayed well in power bi service

Hello, thank you for your response. In fact I use a tornado which is certified. I use two tornadoes and other graphs on the same page and everything worked fine before.
In the desktop the two tornadoes are displayed and once published in the service the other does not display the bars and but when I put it in display mode as a table I see the figures. when I delete a tornado the second works well whatever tornado I remove. when I change graph also with a tornado and another graph both graph works. But impossible to put two tornadoes on the same page in my premium service.
I also changed to test with another very simple power with little data but with two tornadoes but same result one is displayed the other is not.
I don't understand

Hi @khadim ,

One possible cause is that the Power BI service has some compatibility issues with the custom visual of the tornado chart. This might happen if the custom visual is not updated or certified by Microsoft. To fix this, you can try to update the custom visual from the Power BI visuals gallery or use a certified custom visual.

Another possible cause is that the Power BI service has some limitations on the number of visuals that can be rendered on a report page. This might happen if you have too many visuals or complex calculations on your page. To fix this, you can try to reduce the number of visuals or simplify the calculations on your page.

Best Regards,
