Why i am getting a message when i open a report that i have X days left in the trial

I have a service account created for me from one of our clients, where using the Power BI Desktop app >> i created the reprot which reads data from external api >> and i publish it inside a workspace >> and i shared it with some users.

now when i access the report using the a web browser, i got this message:-

so what will happen after 26 days? i will not be able to view the report? and/or modify it using power bi desktop app? and will this expiry date affect users who are already accessing the report (and they have the needed licesne)??

Hi @mvcsharepointde ,
When you finish your 60 day trial you'll go back to your original licence level.
Using my licence as an example, when I finish the trial, I revert to Pro access, and there are some features that are not available when I revert to Pro access.

When the trial is over, you are not able to open the workspace generated by the PREMIUM permissions and the data in the PREMIUM CAPACITY,you can still edit your report in desktop, but be aware that when you publish to service, you have to upload it to a workspace under pro privileges to be able to access it properly.

Until it expires, it won't affect the users who are currently accessing it. After it expires, for example, with pro permissions, you can put your reports under pro permissions and share them with your users, but be careful to make sure that other users have the same permissions before they can be accessed.

If you still have questions, you can check out the related documents I found for you below, I hope they can help you with your questions, and I would be extremely proud to help you solve your problems!

Hi @mvcsharepointde

When a Power BI service account or license expires, it can impact your ability to access and modify reports. If your service account or license expires, you will lose access to the Power BI service, which means you won’t be able to view or interact with the reports via the web browser.
