Why dashboard of admin was different with dashboard of user

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with Power BI dashboard.

I created a page with dashboard and published that for everyone ( with role viewer) to use

But the dashboard of user is not synced data from my dashboard

This is my admin dashboard :

This is user dashboard :

Dashboard Monthly Teacher Utilization and Dashboard Monthly Teacher Utilization by Area of User is different with my admin dashboard. User's brower was clean Cache , cookies ... But the data is not synced

Please everyone help me to fix this

Hi, hope you doing well

I've few questions:

• Are your published reports connected to the same semantic model? 
• Have you tried to unselect every filters? 
• The screenshot you posted are from PowerBI Desktop but what about the reports published in PowerBI Service?
