I just tried using the new Power Slicer and noticed that there are Chinese characters at the bottom of the Power Slicer box. Why are these characters embedded in the Power Slicer box? This seems very strange.

hi, @wrwillits
For this is a custom visual,
It seems that when the Publisher updated this visual, they had pasted the watermark in the visual.
You could submit feedback to the Publisher for your case.

Hello!
I would recommend using the Hierarchy Slicer below instead.
https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/power-bi-visuals/WA104380820?tab=Overview
I tried out your recommedned Hierarchy Slicer. The issue is that the background color for the individual items in the slicer does not work (you can pick a color but the slicer remains white). The slicer works fine but it looks bad on the dashboard without any background color.
Thanks, I will check it out!

UInfortunately the watermark makes this tool useless. I can't believe that Microsoft would promote a tool like this without first reviewing it.
I looked at the reviews for the Power Slicer and they are are complaining about the exact same issue.
Thanks for responding Lin.
Odd, any chance you can share your file or an example of it?
Hi Greg,
I did include a screen shot of the Power Slicer showing the Chinese characters. I will include it on this email as well.
