I am new to Power Bi and although it does look great I am trying to find out why a company would use it over hiring a developer to crete online reports which are resposnive. For example there are many online applications for companies to manage staff for example, the user can filter reports to see stats online sickness days, holidays with beaitiful looking designs. If an owner of a comany wanted to know stats about his comapny would they not just hire a developer who could query the database and then present them using third party javascript reporting tools. Sorry if this questions offends anybody, I am just trying to see why people are using this compared to that solution. thanks.
