When publish embed to web it show "This content isn't available."

I created a report and publish it yesterday it was working fine until today it says "This content isn't available." I try to delete the link re-added and delete the report and try again all failed to work then I make a simple report to try other way but the same even I accessed a website that has an embed report on it but give me the same result 

and this is what I get when inspecting elements of web page 

"Failed to load resource: net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED"

Is it possible that it is caused by some custom vision in the report?

I tried to make other visual and remove all visual make leave pivot table only but nothing work also

Are you sure the Tenant setting in the Power BI Admin portal for Publish to web is enable?
You (or the Power BI Service Admin) can check this. You could also check the Embed codes in the Admin Portal to see if your codes are there.

yes both ok I can make embed the link and share it public and I can see my link and access it but with no data
